Our Family Legacy
Pocono Roots Since 1870. A Legacy Still Being Built.
For our family, the Poconos are home. Our construction and land development roots reach back to 1870, connecting generations through the land, communities, and homes of this region.
Family Roots Take Hold
Our family's construction and land development history in the Pocono Mountains reaches back to 1870, generations before the company that carries our name today.
SINC Construction Is Founded
Kara Sincavage, a fourth-generation local, founds SINC Construction to build custom homes in Blakeslee, Lake Harmony, and surrounding Pocono communities.
The Fifth Generation Joins
Kara's daughter, Mackenzie Seitz, represents the fifth generation continuing the family legacy in women-owned construction.
