Our family’s roots in Pocono real estate, construction, and land development reach back to the 1870s. Today, Kara Sincavage and her daughter, Mackenzie Seitz, continue that fourth- and fifth-generation legacy, helping clients turn their plans into homes, investments, and new beginnings.

Kara founded SINC Construction in 2007 and opened Pocono Properties Rentals & Sales in 2011. For 15 years, Pocono Properties Rentals & Sales has helped homeowners and buyers throughout the Poconos list, sell, and purchase homes and land.

For our family, the Poconos are home. Our construction and land development roots reach back to 1870, connecting generations through the land, communities, and homes of this region.

Kara Sincavage, a fourth-generation local, founded SINC Construction in 2007. For more than 19 years, she has built homes in Blakeslee, Lake Harmony, and surrounding Pocono communities.

Today, her daughter Mackenzie Seitz represents the fifth generation continuing that family legacy. Together, this mother-and-daughter team brings local perspective, personal commitment, and a shared vision to women-owned construction.
